Not that it would be worth it for you to buy from them but this is the local tool club that I belong to and there block plug socket kit http://www.eppys.com/Shop/Product.cf...bCategoryID=19 . All the local mechanics seems to shop there and there stuff seems to be pretty high quality. Ofcourse I love harbor freight and alot of there stuff works great but I don't know if would consider them up to industry standard but I bet you if you go to school here in the US that a very high majority of the students buy there tools from Harbor freight. (they do have a lifetime warranty on most of there hand tools)

Who wants to call dibs on the ban? . Just kidding, I have a Ford 302 sitting in my garage prepped and ready for a build up. Just waiting for the right Foxbody stang to put it in.

Edit- I do love my Formula and other GM though and I like I have said a million times. I will not let the Stang get to the point of being faster than the Formula

is there such a thing?

i don't have the brand rivalry/loyalty thing. i like camaros over mustangs.

but i want a 1997-2003 F-150 SuperCrew (that's a full-size 4-door)

ok, current total cost for tools is roughly $630. it may go either way. i might not buy a breaker bar, instead i might just turn and mill my own.

Re: Banter Thread Part 3 (Back with a Vengeance, this time its personal)

I don't really have any tools of my own, I use my dad's. But he needs a bigger selection. Luckily my friend has a shit load of tools, because I didn't have the extensions needed to reach the y-pipe bolts on the stock manifolds. Having the right tools always helps. But my dad just got a new craftsman air compressor. Its pretty handy I guess. Tried to use any way I could on the header install, but never actually used it because it wasn't strong enough to break over any bolts. I had to start them all by hand. I think its good for 150psi and can be used as a ratchet wrench, used for painting, for filling tires...shit like that.

I would love to have access to a lift. I think we may get one in the new house. Years away from it though.

Re: Banter Thread Part 3 (Back with a Vengeance, this time its personal)

i just want a garage let alone a lift. when we were looking at new houses a few years back, my one requirement was that i get a garage. that didn't happen so i just go up to my grandparents house and use theirs to do work when the weather is bad. we don't have the room to build a garage even if we wanted to.

Yes, yes there is.. foxbody started with the 3rd generation and went into 4th.. (3rd gen btw is 79-93, 4th is 94-04) BUT when someone usually says Foxbody they mean a 3rd gen. Just FYI

...Like I said.. most people mean 5.0s when they say foxbody but 93-04 is still considered foxbody.

Re: Banter Thread Part 3 (Back with a Vengeance, this time its personal)

Rally, you've made three different comments. First it was 79-93, now it's 93-04, earlier you said 94-04....Which is it?
