code 0128 on isuzu rodeo 2001

Ihave a isuzu rodeo 2001 4wd auto
I had a code 0128 (coolant temp below thermostat regulating temp) two weeks ago and reset it. it took two weeks before it reapeared.... I erased it this morning and did not reappeared yet...

anyone got this problem before ?

is it easy to change that thermostat ??

its much easier to replace the coolant temp sensor I have replaced more of these than thermostats

Hmmm.. that is interesting. My 2002 3.2L had little/no heat output all winter long. You'd notice it mostly at hywy speeds. The idiot gauge on the dash read ok. It never set a code like that? I suspected a bad thermostat.
