Check out the centre console of the P1 GTR, you may recognise 2 levers

Re: Show us your F1 Memorabilia / F1 related items you've bought

There u go Greg! I found a pic of the shirt I was talking about. The Quality of the photo is not that good, but i hope u see it.

I saw a painting of it on ebay a while ago. Via google picture search I only find this similar picture:

But I am sure you know the painting or someone else can help us! And on the back of the shirt there was your Facebook profile pic next to anniversary text like on your shirt

A few of us have the big print, I have a #01R Le Mans t-shirt but I don't think it's the one you show above. Interesting....

Here is some other artwork I'm aware of with 01R, however none of them are even close to matching the shirt shown.

"First Time Out" by John Ketchell:

"1995 Le Mans" by Graham Turner

1995 Le Mans "Michelin Achievement Poster" by Dennis Simon

"Mclaren 1995 F1 GTR" by Nicolas Hunziker (more of a graphic print):

On another note, I came across what appears to be a photobook of 01R, for sale at Hortons Books:

Aside from my copy of Driving Ambition, I'm still unfamiliar with other F1 literature (not including magazines). I don't recall seeing this while browsing this thread. Anyone familiar?

Re: Show us your F1 Memorabilia / F1 related items you've bought

The book is called Raven 59 by Japanese photographer M Hasui. All black and white photos, text is in Japanese. Not very big, 6x9 inches and 132 pgs. Very rare with excellent pictures though,a worthy addition to any F 1 collection. For comparable money though I recommend the Tuscany Tour book first.

The artist's name should be Tim Layzell as it appears on the watermark.

Regarding the Gumball 3000 cards, I had this pic saved of #024 in the Gumball Rally from Gumball 3000 website some years back.

Re: Show us your F1 Memorabilia / F1 related items you've bought

Getting back to the buying point of this thread, here is my most recent purchase

David Brabham's actual race suit from when he came 5th at Le Mans in 1996, worn just the once, for the race, then dry cleaned and stored since then, signed by David himself along with a COA

I would be more than happy to find an unsigned one never mind worn once and signed, great find Greg

ER
As sort of a follow up to hurstg01's GTR Engineer's Handbook (found on page 29) this seemed like an appropriate place to relay this piece from Mclaren Automotive: Racing Lines
