Need some help in choosing the right kit, plse guys...
A few months ago, I managed to get my hands on Revell's kit of the Bullitt Mustang. Now I want to add the black Dodge Charger to make a nice pair for display. I have seen a couple of different boxings of this car around on eBay but I'm not sure which one will be more authentic.
So I'm relying on my U.S. friends to enlighten me in Mopar cars... |

Re: Need some help in choosing the right kit, plse guys...
Pretty sure Revell released a diecast kit of the Bullit Charger.
On the other hand, If you want a plastic kit (like me) you will need to pick up the recent Revell '68 Charger and either add a vinyl top, or substitute the body from the Revell '69 Charger which already has a vinyl top molded in. The only source I know of for the correct hubcaps is the afore mentioned diecast Bullit kit. However similar caps can be found in the Revell '68 and '69 Dodge Dart kits. P.S. if you watch the movie for reference you will see that you need approximately 17 of these hubcaps, as one seems to fall off on every corner....lol Hope this helps in some way. Regards, Dan
