Is that show any good? I think I've seen an episode or two, maybe.

I watch this one called "tattoos after dark" or something like that, sometimes. Its... it might be fake/scripted. Its definitely like the bottom barrel of tattoo shows, which kinda makes it entertaining. Like those towing shows....

So cool, I'm cruising along, dodging in and out of the rabbits and opossum running out in the road. I make the last turn, before getting to the "main road"... I see lit tail lights. Fucking cop sitting right at the corner. He waves me by, I cross the road, and park in the driveway, in his clear view.

As soon as I get in the house, it dawns on me... it's the last day of the month. Bitches be trin' to meet their quota. Oh, but that can't be it, because quotas are ILLEGAL

Eh, it was a fo' do', ends up cutting it in half. Not that great of an episode, I found myself having to rewind a lot because I couldn't keep my interest.

I like it. I HATE clearly scripted "reality" shows (South Beach Tow might be the worst of all time) but I don't think they script much on Ink Master. The assholes in the house seem to be genuine assholes and I genuinely want them impaled on their tattoo machines. Plus they have some cool challenges where they blow shit up sometimes.

I've seen lesser tat shows though and they are horrible. I might have seen Tattoo After Dark, but there are a few impostors out there. There can be only one that wins $100,000 along with a profile in Inked Magazine and the title of Ink Master *cue dramatic music*

Yeah I refuse to watch scripted reality also- which is what as gotten so pathetic about once legit tv outlets like Discover and History, who now air stuff like Street Outlaws and MoonShiners which are scripted shows with actors put off as reality TV.

I'm actually at a point where I'm putting a lot of thought into canceling my cable tv. I have Amazon Prime which includes a decent array of streaming video, plus Netflix, and Project Free TV for everything I cant find legitly lol.

Seems like that $120 (dvr, HD, "preferred plus package") could just go to better use right now.

I might give Ink Master a shot. I see it advertised in various tattoo magazines- I'm old school, I still stock paper magazines in the bathroom... have not upgraded to digital in that local yet.

I *think* Ink Masters is the one that a guy that works at the shop I go to was on, but I'm not sure.

Speaking of, Healed photos of part of the recent addition, the teal/blue background.

There is some bare skin near my wrist and forearm approaching the diamond, which will be covered eventually. As of right now the plan is the add an elaborate crown on my bicep, then cover the rest of the arm in filigree, including the back of my hand where the piece will "start" in a really intricate spiraling piece.

*Sigh* 15ish hours in, probably 30 more to go.

I figure since the guy I'm rooting for on Ink Master is from your hood and has the type of personality to tell the entire shop "I didn't win... I just violated my contract" annnnd his skills aren't quite the top of this pack, I figure he won't be winning this season.

If the guy in your shop looks like he could be nicknamed "Garden Gnome" by a fellow Ink Master competitor, then thats the guy
