Re: what wax/polish do you think is the best
I use a paste wax twice a year, once in the spring/simmer and then again in the fall/winter.
Most other times I use Eagle One or some other spray on wipe off. Makes for quicker waxings.

Meguiars is best. The others aren't even close.

A layer of Klasse All-In-One, with 3 layers of Klasse Sealant Glaze, and 3 more layers of Concours P21S Carnauba wax on top. |

I personally am a Meguiars fan myself. I dont think its the best product out there, but Im happy with it and it gives me the shine im looking for. I think Zaino beats everything hands down as far as durability is concerned. Btw, here is my SVT Contour using Zaino on one side and Klasse on the other. The Klasse is virtually gone after only a month and a half.

Re: what wax/polish do you think is the best
I use Nu Finish but haven't tried many others so I can't really say that it is the best. It is better than turtle wax though in my experience.
In terms of water beading up it seems to do quite well, as far as making a car really shiny and "hiding" scratches I actually would rank it quite low. It seems like you need to use the perfect amount and buff it when it is at the proper dryness for it to look really really shiny. I'm going mostly for rust protection as opposed to looks so it works for me. |

Re: what wax/polish do you think is the best
I have recently used a product by Zymol. I think it's called quick detailer or something like that. It's another one of those spray on/wipe off deals. It works really well for me. I always use the sprays. I've tried several. Some are thin and milky others are quite thick. I wash my vehicles and apply the sprays every time. These products are also great for between wash detailing.

Re: what wax/polish do you think is the best
Wizards outperforms all others IMO, the whole line is flawless. I've used 3M, Meguairs, Mothers, and alot of other top brands and Wizards has been the best so far. Alot of the bodyshops around my area use it including ours.
Turtle wax is probably the worst wax there is, I think I'd rather rub gravel all over my car because that's how bad the swirl marks are after using that crap. |
