Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!
Doug Benson's online show (I forgot the channel already) where he has B-list celebs come and smoke with him and he promotes the herb site that supplies it.
I was interested cause the episode that popped up was with Alia Shawkat (aka Maeby Funke) and the kinda hot girl from Parks and Rec, but without my own herb garden it wasnt really that interesting or funny. Go figure

I know a guy who has used certain engine codes starting with those letters as his passwords for just about everything since high school. Not me. Some other guy

Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!
I assume if an H youre doing H22 unless you want that extra .1 for FI (although I assume if that were the plan you'd be looking at sleeving anyway)
What B are we talking? B20? B18? For some reason Im guessing you arent looking at a B16

Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!
B. Didn't you ask this not too long ago, or am I imagining stuff?
My disabled friend (ok, he's actually pretty much my only friend) has a turbo'd H22A in his 5th gen. He has a hell of a time finding parts. Search for a turbo manifold, and you'll come up with about 3-4 (other than chinese ebay shit). Search for one for a B-series, and you'll find dozens. You'll have to deal with FRM (fiber reinforced metal) sleeves, which means you'll have to sleeve the block, where with the B you don't. The B20 might though. Though the one I saw didn't look any different, but I've read conflicting info on them with some saying they do while others say they don't but have a piss poor design. You also don't have to worry about aftermarket mounts and weird axle combinations (or aftermarket.) |

Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!
Guy at the shop I used to hang out at in Tallahassee had a turbo B20 civic hatch with stock internals running 11psi if I remember right. Called it the silver bullet and that fucker was FAST. I couldnt tell you how long it lasted but when I saw it (never got to ride in it) the thing moved like its ass was on fire

Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!
Well I had been planning on building an all out road course NA b engine, super high revving. And I still plan to at some point, but I've got to put in a lot of planning to accomplish what I want with that motor. However I've always admired the 5th gen preludes, and I figure I could build a beefy H series, turbo, built internals/sleeved. Start working on it now, then maybe when I get a garage when I move this summer I'll have a decent amount of work done to the block and start looking for a car to put it in.
