Tails lights look good. Did you put a couple of coats of clear over it? I saw a Toyota on the freeway a while back that obviously did not. It looked like he took it through a car wash and the red was partially scraped off the edges.

There are no holes in the trunk. The only thing holding on the emblems on is a really strong glue. Just take a heat gun to them, and with some patience, they will come off. Then carefully clean the glue residue off and you're all done. Also, the silver g20 looks great, all it needs now are a smooth set of wheels. Overall, a very good start.

I thought it had 2 prongs holding it on, I know the front one does. I took it off once, broke off the tabs and glued it on the tip of the hood as a emblem.

Also had the mesh grill for a while, but didn't cut out the bars so it was a little messed up on the top. I didn't want to mutilate my grill. maybe I'll do it again and do it right. I am worried that the mesh is bendable thougha nd if something touches it there will be a dent and it will look stupid

MoReace.....
There are no holes in the rear. I took off my original emblems a couple of years ago. Also, I had Trendz custom make a front insert for my grille (I put a 96 grille w/insert on my 92 p10) search the cosmetics category and you'll find the pic under flip flop g20.

car looks good. so fresh, so clean.
so to paint the lights you just left them on the car, covered the reverse lights, covered the car and the black part around the lights, then spray painted. if it's this easy, i think i might do it also, it looks good. did you replace your front corner lights? if so, what did you replace them with? and was that hard to do?

honestly, id suggest taking the tail lights out, only a couple of bolts to take out. theres a big chance of overspraying onto the trunk, and you dont want that.

there are little plastic things covering the bolts, all you need to do, is pull those off with some pliers, then the bolt should be right there for you. I know, too late.

I took the lights off completely and painted the entire part red including the part that was already red. Came out nice, and blinkers blink red.
