Durango Hub replacement
Had my hub/bearings replaced today on my 98 Durango. Just picked up the car and on the way home decided to try the ABS brakes. NO ABS. All wheels locked up. They worked before we changed them. I changed with Timken hubs and new sensor. Does the computer need to be reset? The ABS light on the dash is NOT on. It comes on when you first turn on the key as usual and then goes out so I assume it is monitoring them. What to do?

Re: Durango Hub replacement
I will take back but you would think the ABS light would stay on if something was not connected.

Re: Durango Hub replacement
No, not always. Certain components and sensors can be unplugged in all vehicles and no warning light will come one.
