611, to be exact. With almost 470 ft/lbs of torque coming from the quad turbo V12 (one sequential setup per bank). Well, these are figures from the previous EB110 GT. It was AWD, and some say without the weight from the front diff it would beat a McLaren to 60! Past models made the trip in 4.4 seconds, and Dauer is supposed to be making some improvements to the new Bugatti! Lateral accel is somewhere in the ballpark of one G, I think it's like .99.

I think that one looks too much like it has had Pontiac Aztek body moulding on the sides I liked the ORIGINAL EB110 better!

uh, andrew...are you smoking? Dauer hasn't changed the body, as far as I've heard. Those original pics are straight from the Dauer site, and the one below is of a 92 EB110SS. Maybe I'm just missing these drastic changes.

The Blue one, the Yellow one, and the Silver one all look to be the same car to me!
Maybe there are some minor changes but I don't see them |

Quad turbo V12? Well that's it, I've seen/heard of everything now.
I read up on this car, and it can't compete with the McLaren in acceleration times wearing 1,100 extra pounds of materials. Not to mention that it's rather small 3.5 liter displacement, even with four turbos, provides torque a little higher in the rpm range than the McLaren's V12. Edited by: igor@af |

Nope, not smoking a thing. They changed the quarter windows (or were quarter windows would be) The original pictures are in the book (100 years of classic cars) It's a foreign book, maybe only 4 american cars in the whole thing. Supposedly they went bankrupt and the moulds for the engine and body were sold to a private individual, when I get home, I will copy all pertinent information down and paste it here

Actually, I have seen this car before, and am quite familiar with it. I guess you could say Im a supercar freak...just look at my site! http://innotech.nfsracer.com Count yourself lucky if you even recogmnize 20 of the cars on the site. I lknow a l;ot more, but lately I have been to busy to update, which means that over 100 more companies are waitng on my HD to be uploaded
The bugatti EB110 was originally styled by Marcello Gandini. However, Romano Artioli, whose ideas gave birth to the EB110, decided to redo the front end and sides. His work obviously wasnt the best outcome. The car came in 2 different forms. A slightly slower 200 mph version called the EB110 GT, with the rear quarter windows and slightly smaller intakes and the EB110 SS (supersport, the one pictures in all 3 photos above) and had the 7 holed side pods for air intake, and 2 special naca ducts leading into the plexiglass top of the engine bay. The EB110SS was the car that achieved 212 MPH. Dauer has bought the plans and molds, and already I see 2 styling changes. One is the front airdam cutline is raised to just below the headlights. Two is the rear exhaust outlets were modified. Dauer is expected to make the car with an even more powerful, faster engine features, and updated interior.
