1980 civic loss of spark

i have a 1980 honda civic 1.3 liter 4 speed hatchback and i cant get any spark out of it ive changed the cap rotor coil wires plugs ..have power when the key is on the run position to the coil(i accually get power on both sides pos and neg) but nothing out of the coil wire.. checked and cleaned all grounds and the distributer turns when you roll it over...any ideas would be appreciated....dray_1961
