How do I fix the power windows on my 87 Honda civic?

I'm having some trouble with my 87 honda civic. It is a great car but the power windows are very slow to come up, and sometimes wont come up at all.

I have spent alot of money on this car already, I know this is an old car but I need a economical solution for this? Is there a easy way to fix this problem? any advice would be appreciated. The rubber in between the windows seems to cling a bit maybe thats what causing the problem.
