07 sentra won't shift out of 2nd gear

I have a 2007 sentra. Last week, battery went dead. Boosted it. Check engine light came on. Car now will not shift out of 2nd gear. I press od button, and nothing happens. (OD light used to come on) Also, since this happened, cruise control will not work.(When I press cruise control, c.c light comes on, but blinking, and cruise will not work) My car is revving way too high. Any suggestions on how to fix od? (also, when battery went dead, door locks rear defroster etc wouldn't work. I disconnected battery and everything working now, except for od)
