Things that have health warnings are often fun, abuse the remainder of your gas carefully! That stuff at the dentist is nice...

Re: passenger brake doesn't work! Help please!

Sometimes I accidentally click on the "Holden" link when trying to get into the "Honda" section of the AF. This is promptly followed by a few seconds of bewilderment.

What is a Holden anyway?

Australian branch of GM. The new GTO here is the Holden Monaro from Australia.

Holden is also used in code as in:

"Is Holden Coffield at the party?"
"Have you seen my friend, Holden?"
"Was Holden here today?"

Other popular uses include prank calls:
"I'm looking for Mr. Magroin... Mr Holden Magroin"

I'm ALMOST done with Tech School.... Just a little longer and I'll be back to turning wrenches on my Rex! I can't wait! My first duty station is Maxwell AFB, Alabama. So, if anyone is in the Alabama area, give me a shout. Just checking in with the crew. It's been far too long.

Re: passenger brake doesn't work! Help please!

yep it's been quiet in here.I've been on holiday and fallen behind at work so the Si has taken a back seat and just been smoked around. No interior at the moment after welding,I'm waiting till I get a bit of time to fit the roll cage before I fit the carpets and rear seats.
Painting the headling was the last job I did.Mission but came out really well. Also put a new front end on my silver Si which I smashed up earlier in the year.Protected inner wings while I was there.

Re: passenger brake doesn't work! Help please!

well i tried. i was in need of a cheap winter vehicle/ something good on gas because i am back in school (read "not trans am @ 16 cents per km.") so i scowered the papers for an old civic or accord but everything was either too expensive (under $500 or so), sold or just too decrepit for me to bother with it. as i said, i tried to buy a honda but ended up coming across a 1982 Datsun pickup, 5 speed, 4x4 for $375. so ya, that's my new wheels for the next while.

Re: passenger brake doesn't work! Help please!

I have a CRX shell I'm selling (or giving away) if your'e interested.

I picked up a new toy, a 1991 Toyota MR2 turbo. The CRX just doesn't compare to the MR2 so it's gotta go, one way or another.
