2007 Saturn Sky
The 2007 Saturn Sky will share a chassis with the all-new 2006 Pontiac Solstice. The Saturn Sky's styling is inspired by the European Vauxhall

They look similar since they are based on the same platform. THis platform has the Saturn Sky, Pontiac Solstuce, Vauxhall VX220, Opel Speedster, and Lotus Elise. Thay all have similar performance, but different engines. The Elise has a Toyota 4 banger, and the rest will probably share GM 4 or 6 cylinder engines.

I never thought about the engines placement. But I could have sworn they were similar platforms. Since GM owns Vauxhall, and the VX220/Speedster/Elise are all on the same platfrom, The Sky and the VX220 look similar. So I just assumed...

The 2007 Saturn Sky will have more standard features than the 2006 Pontiac Solstice.

No. I like the new Pontiac Solstice more because of the following:
- no standard a/c - round curves - less money - raced in Grand-Am Cup I'm sticking with my 91 BMW 318is for now. |
