'jack mode' flying spur 2014...front suspension is not raising up!

Hi All,

I had some very disappointing news. I bought a 2014 flying spur that was tested and was fine. I put the car onto a recovery (tow) truck and got it towed to the nearest license registration place.

Upon unloading from the truck it showed that the car is in 'jack mode' I tried toggling between the options, but the front suspension was not loading up. the rear suspension was fine.

Any suggestion? Please assist. See attached pics.
