Accleration sound..please help!

I have a 97 accord. And when my car warms up (about 15-30 mins. of driving) my car makes a sound when I accelerate. It almost sounds like a spring stretching out. I don't think its my suspension, it sounds like it is coming ffrom the transmission. My guess is its my transmission....Any diagnoses anyone?

just take it to a shop. find one that does free diagnostics.
