One rare car on eBay!

Well, I'm always looking for parts for my GTC project on eBay so I run across all the LeBarons for sale and I must say that this person is out of their mind. This is the funniet thing that I've seen in a while, mainly because I have had a very interesting discussion with the owner at another message board. Honestly read the entire description, it is very sad at how dellisional this person is. Not to mention that most of the crap is a flat out lie.

Tell you what, I'll give em' two dollars for it.

well its a known fact that crappy flaky paint increases downforce, and makes the car accelerate faster due to weight loss.

plus that auto increases performance by 320%

I just love how he types in all caps. Why the hell do people type in all caps? Do they think that it makes it any easier to read?

Re: One rare car on eBay!

So then apparently my family used to own a collectors car, that we eventually let rust in our driveway before sending it off to get crushed. Hard to believe.

^Yeah! They always say lady owner, as if it means anything..

then when you come over its this conspicuos looking beatnik who has to use a screwdriver to open the car.

I bought my car from a girl. First thing i had to do was rotate the tires, change the brake pads, swap out the clutch and drop a new air filter in.

Now, you guys know that I like the LeBarons but this is just plain ridiculous. That car isn't worth $1,000 in the crap condition it's in. Then he blames the paint problem on Chrysler, which is a laugh. Chrysler did have a paint problem like he described but the paint would just flake off leaving bare metal. His paint has faded from sun oxidation. Most likely from the car spending its years outside. Garage kept my ass!

The funniest thing about it all is that I've informed the guy that instead of his rare number of 750 produced that there were 6,571 produced. I even showed him the actual broadcast production sheets from Chrysler and the fool still won't believe me. One of a kind my ass.

At the least this guy has been some great entertainment for me this evening. We're having a heyday with him at the Turbo Dodge forums.

I'd pay like $2000 for it if I ever really wanted one.
