can I drill through a oil pan bolt with out worrying about sparks

If you use a drill bit lubricator you shouldn't have to worry about sparks a bit.

Sparks arent really a problem when drilling, especially with lube.

Oil isnt going to catch on fire even if there were sparks, if thats what your worring about.

I'm hoping you're not planning on drilling through your oilpan while its still on the motor... way too many metal bits will get in the oil, too risky for me. I did all my oilpan mods while it was off. I'm assuming this is for a turbo drain? You can see what I did in the post entitled "Oil Pan Modifications" or something like that.
