ALAN ORTEGA OF SMZ AUTO IMPORTS in Roswell have kept $1,725 since July of 2024 without fixing the car until in November, 2024, he returned the vehicle with parts scattered all over the back of the car!

He have still not returned the money despite promising to return the money in November when he promised to return the money the following week in November.

Turns out SMZ Autos have had years of complaints from people due to deceptive practices.

What an experience, they sell cars without emission and do not inform about, so if the cel is off but any issue happen in between u are in deep problem, also they do not tell u have to do tags yourself, SHADY people, be aware, look for another dealer.

These guys are just a bunch of CROOKS!!!! Do NOT buy from them. I was in search of a car and put down a deposit of $300 to hold the car until I could make sure it was in good condition. The dealer told me that if I found something wrong with the car I would be refunded. He told me it had a clean record, but it turns out that it had been in an accident. I asked for my money back and they REFUSED to do so. I had to threaten to press charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are shady. First of all they have cars on their website that they don't have in stock. So I went there to inquire about a car on their website. I got there and this guy by the name of Ali told me the car I was asking about was available knowing very well it wasn't.
