Pictures are pretty bad. But how did you get so far on it in one day?

Re: hks silvia s15

You could do better with the pics! What are those holes in the backseats?
Have you painted the body, I'm not sure, because those pics. NO?
Just use more time to your projects.

Roll cage is not even similar to real one. Next time do better pics and don't hurry with your project. It's all about patience

Just a pointer with the pictures, try not to use the flash and if you do use the flash, get some light on your project

Re: hks silvia s15

Did you change the rear wheel offset? It looks sunken in at the 97% mark. I liked the stance it had at the 55%, IMHO.

Re: hks silvia s15

Why do you rush your builds? You should be patience with your kits.

Re: hks silvia s15

i think you have done an ok job for something that has been rushed

it seems that u have "limited" materials judging by the aluminum foil u have used for the lip on the wheels!

but i say good on ya for using your initiative and looking for house hold items

keep building and i can't wait to see your next project!!

Re: hks silvia s15

because this it has gone far too long without anyone saying it.

I don't see any progress in your builds.
As far as I can see from your never too great photos, your latest build is just as good as your first build and you just don't seem to be putting any actual effort into making things better.

I would suggest that you stop buying new kits and spend a little money on some proper tools and paints and have a go at building a kit slowly and what most of us here would call "properly".

There are lot of (admittedly old) posts/threads about what you need and what/how you do things like prep a body for primer+paint, how to polish, how to add detail, how to scratch parts etc etc in the FAQs

For the price of a regular kit, you can get a 500ml can of auto primer, 500ml of paint and the relevent polishing kit/sandpapers.
Same with the interior and parts.
Spend a little money on the basic colours. I think only 5 or 6 of my little tamiya acrylics are in constant use.
For the mass use colours like semi-gloss and matt blacks I go back to auto store products.

You will never get better at it unless you try.

Unless of course you really are happy just churning out "finished" builds the way you do.
