01 Ram turns off while driving/gas gauge
2001 Ram turns off while driving and instantly, the gas gauge goes all the way down and the car won't start until the gauge randomly moves back up, this sometimes takes up to an hour.
Any idea of what this might be about? |

A guess. Since gauge sending unit is part of your fuel pump, suspect. Not sure how to test it.
