99 Intrigue-All 4 power windows just stopped working

All 4 of my power windows just stopped working. Doing some online research and talking to a couple autozone people, I was told it was the main driver's side switch thats faulty. I bought a new one, plugged it in and nothing happened.

Is there something that I'm missing? This is pretty strange. I know its not the fuse/relay because my sunroof still works and according the manual the fuse/relay is for both.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
