dude a 4AGE has about the same power as a 1ZZ-FE in terms of stock horsepower, you could always try to get one of the same engine code from a Toyota Celica which has about 140 horsepower...or you could really try your luck with a 2ZZ-GE from a Celica GT-S or a Matrix XRS with 180 hp, but i don't know if that would fit inside the corolla chassis with enough ground cleareance....there are also companies that make aftermarket superchargers and turbochargers of which can be seen from www.corolland.com, but seriously if you can find a 3S-GTE and actually fit it in your chassis while also making it a fast and efficient racer, then more power to ya hell i'd love to see the pics and a description of how you did it..i'd just be worried of there being too much front-end weight so that it ruins your car's balance...also you might have to upgrade your axle if it's more than 200 horsepower...plus 3S-GTE's i'd think would be hard to find seeing how in this day and age, i haven't seen a GT-Four/All-Trac for sale let alone their engines, but hell i'd love to hear about it......

Well
Silvertop 20v 160hp @ 7400rpm Blacktop 20v 165hp @ 7800rpm 4AGZE (supercharged) 165hp were do you want me to start? I have a silvertop 4age the 4agze is quick off the line and has easy mods like turboing it, one here making 173kw on the dyno 20valves have better top end but takes alot of money to improve them from stock form |

yea it is, you can get pully kits to run the supercharger at abit higher boost, all depends on the weight of the car, I dont know what you can and cant do in the country your in, the gze has nice torque down low while the 4age dosnt have much down there but loves to rev high
they both have there areas, 4agze is the choice for drag and 20valve 4age is for the track, plenty of web sites around if you look it up on the net, try and get a engine from a AE101 tho |

hey, yea they are pritty strong, the crank and rods are forged the pistons are semi forged (some are forged), the block is the same as the 20valve's you will need the gze gearbox they are stronger than 4age ones and have the right ratio's some of them also come factory with LSD's.
I know of one over here runing around 20psi? off factory internals using a link to run things along with bigger Nissan GTIR injectors The car is on a website but it seams to be down right now so ill post if when/if it is back up, it was dynoed at 173KW's at the front wheels (traction issues *smiles*) did a 13.?? 1/4 mile with bad traction only on 15's, 93 AE101 levin about 1100kg? |

ohh and you guys with your 1ZZ-FE ... I think they are a crap fukup from toyota... to start with its a "FE" class engine narrow cam angles, then witht he alloy block... how much bost could that hold :S and been a FE engine i would imagine the internals are quite weak, and a 4age is way better trust me (newer ones) you guys are just deprived of the best jap engines with your emissions and left hand drive stuff
