Yes you could, maybe for even less than $100. However, it'll cost tens of thousands to get the house to be legit, and non-condemable.

I highly recommend checking out the hgtv & DIY show called Rehab Addicts. Its a woman who buys condemned homes, fixes them, and flips them. The past few episodes have actually been com Detroit.

If that doesn't peak your interest, she wears low cut tank tops and tight shorts, and bends down often. Pretty fucking awesome.

That's strange. I see it if I click the Post Reply button, as well as when I quote someone. When I click "More" under the smilies on the right, it gives me this link:

I also have an option under the "Miscellaneous Options" that says "Disable smilies in text", that you apparently don't have.

Somehow it had gotten changed under my User CP to simple, and I guess under simple you don't have those options. Changed it to advanced or something, now I have smileys and all these text editors and font changers and shit wipers and things of that nature.
