Speaker systems

2020 Chevy Malibu- system says max volume but I can still talk over the music. Does anyone know what or how I could fix it?

Is there a SCV (speed controlled volume) setting on the head unit, or in the operator menus of the DIC?

Does the vehicle have active noise cancelling?

Those might be things to check.
