1992 Park Avenue Will not start but turns over

Ok, I don't think I have seen this post yet but if there is one I'm sorry for overpost. But anyway. I bought the car about a month ago from a guy who said that he parked it and the next day it wouldn't turn over. But when you spray starter fluid in the throttle body it will start until the fluid is gone. Then it sat for 4 months before he sold it to me. So we figured it was the fuel pump so we changed the fuel pump, strainer, and filter all brand new. Then nothing. So we thought it could be the ECM. So, we changed that twice and nothing. So really I'm at a loss of what it could be. If anyone has any idea of what it could be please help. I'm not sure but is it possible for all injectors to just go bad at once?

A fuse could stop all the injectors from working. All the pink wires going to the injectors should have 12 volts with the key on. The ECM grounds the injectors to complete the circuit. I believe the fuse for the injectors is under the passenger side of the dash. Fuel pump relay & fuse is also located there.

Ok, Well is there anyway I could get a diagram of the fuse panel on under the passenger dash because when I took the kicker panel off it didn't even have a cover on the fuse on that side. And sorry for asking so many questions but which one the relays is the fuel pump relay there are like six of them. But thanks for your time.

There may be a fuse diagram in the owner's manual. If you don't have a manual just check all the fuses. Actually you should check them all anyway. Somewhere on the fuel rail there's a cap covering a schrader valve (like a tire valve stem), turn the key to run a few times and then press in on the center of the valve. Fuel should spray out, position your hands so the fuel won't spray in your face. This will confirm if the pump & relay are working. You should also check for spark.

oh. Yea I've done that and it sprays like a water hose. and i changed the spark plugs today but that doesn't mean anything. I have checked the fuses and the only one i saw that was blown was for the door locks. the only reason i knew that is because they worked after it was changed.

Ok - Next check for spark at each of the 3 front cylinders. Then check for fuel injector pulse. You can do this with a #194 light bulb. Disconnect the wiring harness from an injector & pull the wires on the light bulb away from the base of the bulb. Push the wires into the harness & watch for the bulb to pulse while someone cranks the engine over. If you have spark & injector pulse then try starting with the MAF sensor unplugged.
