Yes we really have a whole garage full of snap on tools. There are some assorted craftsman tools too. My papaw owned a body shop for 40+ years. We still own the garage, it's about 30 steps from my house.

yea, we have a limit too, but for a bit of extra cash (legit, not a bribe) you can pay to take extra weight on with you. so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

do you guys use imperial or metric sockets for working on cars?

because i don't want to buy a set of just metric wrenches then find i can't do anything with them when i arrive.

unfortunaly we use both... (taking into account that "imperial" means standard)
