This is one kit that i've been wanting to do for a while, but for Jay, Warren and Dan i will paint each piece individually this time and not take the loser way out. here is a preliminary pic of the kit.

Problems already, the only color i have that would slightly match the body color is like a silver/chrome color. i feel it is too flashy and metalic for the body so i will have to go get a different color for the body and a gray color for the interior. see you kids in a bit:licker:

A very nice kit . I remember doing mine - but I used the red decals instead of the blue. My suggestion is - Don't use red, because it look pink when you're done .
As for body colour, Silver is fine - thats what I used for mine, and it looks pretty nice. I do remember having fitment issues with the car though. Sometimes, you get a kit where the plastic is all screwed... Have fun with it - Merc.

Go with the blue stripes !!!!. Keep us posted...and remember....no cheating ..lol P.S. Please stop posting all these great model's....thats another i'm going to have to look at getting !!!

I've finally finished painting all the pieces, yes warren, every single piece. now i'm waiting for the paint to dry, then i have to put on afew decals then i can start assembling the model. painting each piece is a pain, takes 4 times longer to complete the dang thing! i've also purchased a tamiya model, i'm not going to tell you what it is now because its a surprise

Ok here is the final project. this has to be the worst model i have ever has the misfortune of dealing with. none of the pieces fit right, the decals were the worst quality i have ever come across. i just didn't like it at all! so i will post a pic and close the thread because i hated this model so much, you guys don't understand. i don't think i am going to buy another revell model again, tamiya from here on out.
