If #2 is what was intended, than it makes perfect sense to anyone.

things that annoy me are this avg add keeps popping up....and this 02 infiniti i35 with this 1612 and 1610...bout the time i start diagnosin someone calls or pulls in wanting to talk about their problems that dont even have anything to do with their car geez

Apparently their job is not an easy one, if they have a constant desire to pour out their souls and tell you about their problems.
