EG SiR Guage HELP!!

Anyone who has knowledge of installing an SiR guage into a USDM EG please help (Sorry for the poor quality pics, all I have is a webcam)

LEFT PLUG

RIGHT PLUG

GREEN PLUG (CENTER)

When I have the left and right plugged in, everything seems to work EXCEPT my signals. Is this GREEN PLUG needed for my signals to work? Because the the plug from my car is different from the green socket of the SiR guage?

Also anyone have problems with fitting the JDM guage in? I took a quick try and it didn't seem like it fit properly. The JDM guage is a little thicker.

OK ... I got the signal to work now but the guage doesn't fit in properly. I have the cluster from a sedan so is there a difference in size between the sedan and hatchback/coupe cluster??

No that didn't help but thanks anyways. I need to know if the SiR guage is supposed to bolt right it because it seems to hit the back and I cannot match the sides up the the original bracket ... anyone??

OK I have a CX ... but when I put the cluster in it seems to hit the back of the dash ... Am I putting it in wrong or is the dash on a CX not as deep as an EX or Si???

trust me they are all the same guage clusters. Make sure all your connections are plugged in properly. And the guys above are right the only diff bewteen the clusters is the sedans have the door open indacator (sp). when I installed mine it took a little wiggel here and there to make it fit. BUT BE GENTLE.

I have the same gauges in my car and I can tell you from first hand experience that the sedan cluster is bigger than the hatchback one.

don't get me wrong the sedan clusters do fit, but they are slightly thicker than the hatch ones. Plus the hatchback cluster has an open trunk indicator light right next to the check engine light. I will try to take a picture of my guage and post it on here for you guys.

Interesting ... I thought the sedan ones were a little thicker ... Yeah I bought the hatchback cluster but the guy sent me a sedan one and then just blew me off when I asked for an exchange for the correct one ... It's still sitting in my dash I haven't had time to correctly secure it in place ...
