Re: Survey of members, who has them?

OMG I love it.....it is sooo fast with the new engine and pipe....I had it tuned one time so high that it ATE my tires in about 25 minutes.....it was just spinning them and they went into the air...but with my new pipe and some smart tuning I am going to be winning races left and right.....I can drift the hell out of it too...Howie....The xxx-s is a wonderfull machine but you should never get a RTR kit....especially a person with your experience...you should just get another crystal and reciever so that way you can still use your futaba....also you want to have a low wind motor so you have that tourqe...you dont really get much with the stock motor....

Re: Survey of members, who has them?

I had a gas truck for awhile, but it wouldnt stay tuned right. the emaxx has so much more power than it did anyway. For the most part, the only place that gas has an advatage over electric would be in speed in the montster truck part. the rest of the palce they seem to be pretty evenly matched. not worth the hassle for me.

Re: Survey of members, who has them?

plus my emaxx is faster than my gas truck was, lol. though, it was one based off an 1/8th scale buggy with a .21 with only a one speed tranny. also didnt handle as well. i should pick up some mod motors for my emaxx.
