Thank a lot DJPaul!!
These are all important reference photos for me,especailly the design of the trunk. I may consider to change the design of the trunk if possible,to make it more close to the new S-class. and here's the new design of CL. When I first saw the pictures,I was shocked. Because the headlamp design is simliar to mine! |

I saw the new S class driving down mill avenue yesterday, no lie, un camoed to, too bad I didn't have my camera. No badges, all in white, didn't know what it was, but now that I see the pics of the camoed one I'm absolutley posotive it was the new S. Must have been undergoing warm weather testing.

Hi guys,Paint job was started!
I choose silver, because it is ''the colour of Mercedes''. I use Tamiya gross Aluvinium. The effect was ok,but not very good. I am sure other brand like Gunze or Testor will give me some better choices. Anyway, I can't wait to paint it,otherwise no one will remember this project anymore.^^ I am not trying to use the old AMG rims, just put it here for fun. Another thorny problem is the window.Yes, it is far more difficult to make it well than I can imagine. You can see there are still lots of fitting problems. Thw window fails to match perfectly with the body. Anyone can give me some tips to make it a bit better?? God,I have to finish this project before July, in order to join a model contest. !!! |

I thought this was rather ugly under primer, but the paint really brings out the sexy-ness in the car. Silver was a perfect color choice!

That car will most likely nail anything in the way.
