Primer now rubbed down smooth, 5 coats of paint airbrushed on, a sanding with micromesh tomorrow maybe a few more coats then the clear.

Bleached the wheels ready to paint pale gold as the TE37's (shown) but now kinda like them in gloss black. Any opinions on the wheels.

Thanks for the continued interest in this build

I think that both wheels look very good.
But I prefer goldish. Nice combination with green.

Mmmm black wheels
The gold wheels are kind of what you'd expect on this car so I feel the black is the way to go. Looks great. The colour is lighter than i expected too.

Do you get you Pegasus sleeves here in the UK or mail order from the states?

very awesome work !!! really love the green with the black hood

i love the black rim better, they really suit the green but also make a combination with the hood IMO. so go with the black one !!

Wow! Looking nice..... Both rims look clean, i like the Volks more though for some reason, or maybe you can paint the volks black with a chrome lip. Keep it up!

Re: Green Supra project with 19" Rims

i would have to agree with the others. go with black rims (I don't say this often) this car can pull off black rims where other cars cant.

steve... its perfect. I LOVE the bodywork.

Looks awsome, the color is a little darker than I had expected, but very nice!, I like the black, and the gold, have you thought about a "two faced" car? one side with black centered rims and one side with gold centered? just my

Steve, top notch job buddy. Looks hot, honestly, the gold shiney rims would've gone better, however, I like the black, and the gold, they both look real good. It's up to you in the end.

A duller gold like you said would look really nice.
