i'll be kinda embarassed if i show up with my dx motor still in, but where the fuck is my credit card it should be here by now.
when it's a 4th gen event, nobody cares. it's about 88-91 Civic/CRX owners hanging out for the day.....checking out the cars in person, meeting people face to face, and talking about 4th gens.

as for starting a new thread for head count.....shakes head at noob's

again:
Set the TIME, DATE, and LOCATION and i'll do the rest. i'll make a page on the site with the even'ts info and make a list for head count. then i'll put a link on the main page & mention it in the civic of the month e-mail that goes out to the people on the mailing list.

something to keep in mind when you find a location....you need to get an okay from the owner of the property. or it's loitering to be there

I think about 10am is good...figure if its 3 hours away, then leave between 7-8...people will probably start rolling around 11, just in time for an early lunch or time to fire up the BBQ. Chill for 2 hours, drive somewhere (another hour), then head back between 3-4pm...

not saying i'll be there for sure...not saying to plan this around me. however, i can't be the only one (from whatever direction) considering on making more than just a 3 hr drive to get there.

could you consider starting at noon?

I'm sure it'll probably start at noon anyway. Setting the time early is just my way of getting people to hustle up a bit...not that I'm in-charge or anything, I'm just suggesting these times. But leaving at 5 or 6am if you're a few hours away is not a big deal I think, at least not for me. Coming early is easy, plus the excitement of meeting other 4th genner's help, but driving back after a long day is a bummer.

first off, if we came down....chances are we'd end up staying the night and going home the next morning. you would think leaving at 5am wouldn't be a problem. however, my Californian friend, it could be a huge problem. it snows as late as Easter here. Mother Nature I can not control.

last time greg came up it hadn't snowed yet. it snowed while he was here. it stopped when he left and didn't start back up for a month. lol
