well i'm pretty intrested about the speed team, but i don't think my car would be able to go that fast on my bugdet. also i'm still learning to use a manual for every day driving(i can shift good while moving but going from clutch to gas while completely stoped is another thing). i'm also trying get some prices on some lambo door hinge kits (if i can find the things).

well, we'll still be here when you get more acquainted with the scene - look us up. also, good luck with the hinges - they're everywhere, you just have to look in the right place for them. they also seem to be "ride specific" so you need to find a celica information base to work from... imho.
Later!

If y'all see a red one with a lady in it give her a honk but beware...she dropped outta college to go to racing school...till her parents found out. |

I would love to play with him. I'm in school in Texas right now but the car stays in Missouri...where I'm from. I will be home in about a week or so...perhaps if the weather is nice we can make a little run. Track or non-track I'm game.

Yeah, Perf by Delay helped to blow that Supra up. A few weeks ago the engine had a leak and caused it to go up in flames. it burned for about 15 minutes before the fire trucks got there - luckily the flames didn't get thru the firewall - it all stayed in the engine. As far as i know Perf By Design accepted all responsibility and is going to pay to repair it.
I told my boy Shaun that he had better tell Perf By Design to just cut him a check so that he can keep it out of their shop. It was already there previously for over a year non-stop and it took them forever to get anything done on it. No car should ever be in a shop that long no matter what the hell it's having done to it. no offense to your friend Tony - he seems like a cool enough guy - However me and my crew will always recommend against having anything done at his shop. Hopefully the Sup will be up and running again soon!

No offense taken.
I'm sorry for the problems you are having with him. He's a bit slow I'll admit. So far he's been pretty consistant for us. Where do y'all meet up? By the way, I play paintball with a guy that said he's trying to get hooked up with y'all to do the sound systems on y'alls cars. He's been trying to get me to come meet y'all forever. I would like to, especially since I just made a new purchase(kinda wanna show it off a bit). His name is Sean and he has all of my phone numbers and everything. Give me a call...I'll be in Kansas City for good after May 18th, but I'll be back in town in a couple of weeks. Late |

I want to tune
I'm going to move to K.C. from Colorado and I'm wondering if there is a honda speed shop in K.C. and if there is even an import scene period.
I'm coming from a state with over 14 shops and I realy hope KCMO has atleast one. I'm strickly into JDM honda and autocrossing. Please let me know what the scene is out there. Thanks. |
