Yup, that was me!! I haven't been there in at least two years but somehow we ended up there that night. We stayed until 1!!! It was fun. After I had been there for a while a couple other people that I knew came in and came over and told me there was almost a fight out by my car!! Now I know it was you!! That is too funny. So was there somebody hella lookin in my car or what?? Maybe you were a hero in disguise and helped stop somebody from doing what they souldn't have been, so thanks! Yeah, that ugly celica is my friends (Luv ya RJ) I actually have no idea what kit he has on their, he had the Rod Millen one at first but then decided to pull up on a cement parking block

I still can't believe this, too funny, not only seeing the car, but being one of the people about to get in a fight too. Wow, must have been a full moon or sumthin!

This kind of doesn't have to do with anything in this thread, but I figure since we're all from up here it'll work.
So has anyone seen the news in the past few days? I guess that they did a story of the street racing out at Florin and Perkins. My buddy called me and said that when they were showing video of the cars there, mine was on it!!!
But I thought it was interesting, because they were saying that there's only 4 cops that patrol that area at any given time, and they have to travel in pairs, so if any one gets a call, that just leaves 2 cops to come and 'scare' us away, and if they're both on calls, that's why we've been able to race for so many hours w/o being bothered. They were just talking about how the cops can try and try to stop the racing, but they just don't realistically think they can. Like they think it's a lost cause themselves.
I guess that explains why whenever the cops bust us, it's only 1 or 2. That's why I like racing out there.
I just thought it was kind of interesting though.

Hahaha, thats funny about the bowling thing. Me, and my bro and two of ours friends were just looking at your car and this dude and some girl were standing there. I think they might of thought that we were staring at them or something, cuz when i started to drive i away i glanced up in my rear view and i see the dude walking at my car with his arms in the air. so im like, what the heck. so i hit the brakes and roll down the window and im all, you go a problem. he was like, what you starin at? so im all, the car. he's all, why? im like whta do you mean why you dipshit, i think its a sick car. and he says something about his car, so im all, not your car, your car is ugly, just like your girl. and he said something i couldnt hear, so i said, you really wanna do this man? i got four people in the car, and i got no problem jumping your ass right now. he's all, whatever man, just get out of here.
It was funny, i wasn't really gonna do anything, i mean if he woulda kept going i woulda got outta the car. but i just thought it was funny that he was trying to be all big and bad in front of his girlfriend. so I dont know about the whole hero in disguise thing, but it was pretty funny.
So did you ever find anything new out about an engine? cuz im like ready to get it done.

It's out in Sacramento. There's races there pretty much every weekend that it's not raining. I've been going to the races out there for like 3 years. That's where most people go. We race in between a bunch of wharehouse-style buildings. It's like a block off of the main road, shaped like a square. We've filled up all of the streets and parking lots with cars before, and the racers just line em up all night long. It's been BIG up there lately.

Do any of you guys ever go to the "street races" down at Sunrise (I was there last week and In-N-Out had renta-cops there ). I'm at those pretty often, usually Friday night.

As far as that In-N-Out goes, you'll see me there once a week for lunch but I won't be there in my car at night on the weekends. It's like running the gauntlet all the way up and down sunrise so I've cut down dramatically. That's a nice lookin grand am you got there. One of my friends used to work at Avis and he was driving one of the supercharged grand ams that they rent and we were sitting at the light about to punch it, and I was like "Oh shit, COP!!", light turned green and I was GONE!! No cop in sight!! HAHAHAHA, he was pissed. I knew i didn't stand a chance unless i cheated

I'm out there every weekend it's not raining.
I usually go on Saturday nights though, because that's when people mostly race.
