someone was unsure of the SR-71 Blackbird's speed? unofficially, that thing is said to reach speeds of almost Mach 7 (i remember from when i went on the Intrepid Museum in the city)

it's replacement (the SCRAMjet) is going to be much faster, more useful, and less expensive to use and maintain. it's an engineering leap...

...but nowhere near as cool, awsome, and sinister looking as the Blackbird

I put an Eisenmann racing exhaust on my 55, it's actually louder than the SLR. Perhaps I could post some videos of that.
