Its almost like the paint warped it? Interesting. You could always turn it into a drifter that rolled. Or like the Option Z33 circuit car that rolled doing 200+.

I'd probably just buy a new kit, or see if you can find a donor from someone that has an old built one that they don't want. Cut off the bumpers and side skirts, stick them on the new body.. those warped doors don't really look repairable, even if you were to make it convertible.
