Jackson:

Uh... we're recently ranked 5th on crimes by population.
One of the two cities in the US that makes Pringles.
A few known people lived here (I forgot right now).
All in all, not to big. But I'm moving to Glen Burnie, MD soon.

At least in Glendale, you are on the edge of Phoenix, escape is easy as long as you stay off of Bell Rd. Plus now that the 101(?) cuts across, getting to 17 is a lot easier.

Katwoman forgot to mention Phoenix is home to the Lost Dutchman mine... Very famous.
I also forgot to mention we were labeled "Best Run City in the World" and I assume this is because of the layout of our streets...looks like graph paper from above hehe. As long as you know your avenues from streets and can read the little numbers on the street signs you are fine getting around I haven't flown in years so I don't really remember the landing at the airport. You couldn't be more correct about Bell Road...that street is a mad house from 110th ave all the way past Pima Road. Yes the 101West now goes thru from I-10 to Scottsdale Road and 101 East goes from Bell(Frank Lloyd Wright) to down past Ray road on the east side of town. That freeway system is coming along very nicely. I have been watching it expand all these years and it has been quite interesting.

As far as Lost Dutchman mind goes...I didn't know how famous it is...cuz I have never been there Sad huh? Even sadder....I still have yet to make a trip up to the Grand Canyon.

If you're in the area again anytime soon, drop me a line and let me know

Chico is famous for being the "City of Trees" in addition to once being named the city with the highest number of accidents per capita in the state. Perhaps that's because we have far too many stoplight intersections. As far as McMinnville is concerned, we're the county seat in Yamhill County. And Yamhill County is known for the hundreds of wineries.

Hell, I think Arizona ought to get best run state. They don't put up with crap. I like the tent city for all the convicts.. You screwed up, you have no rights. No tv. No newpapers, and you are going to work to earn your way.

Katwoman:

You can't go to the Lost Dutchman mine, it's still lost!! When you're bored, do a search for Lost Dutchman mine, lots of very interesting sites. Phoenix is really rich in history, if you're into that kind of thing.
My sister lives in Glendale on 49th, just north of Thunderbird. I don't get there as often as I would like, but I will let you know next time I'm over.

Toronto is famous for the Maple Leafs, the Raptors, maestro fresh wes (let ya backbone slllliiiddee , it's the biggest city in canada with a population of around 4 million. The Toronto Auto Show is one of the Top 5 in the world. The hockey hall of fame is here. The Skydome, which i think is the worlds first dome with a retractable roof and, the CN Tower is the largest free standing structure in the world
