I just went back to the start to read everything, and I'm impressed. You've really turned this kit into something special.

Re: AMG Mercedes 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II Debis - FUJIMI
I don't have an old bulb so, here is my solution for the steering wheel wire,
First I heat the plastic bar and stretched to the wire thickness. Picked a wire for twist base... ![]() ... rolling up ![]() I pass over the flame of a candle ![]() Side by side with the steering wheels ![]() Almost in the finishing line... this is the last detail I add, those connectors are showed on the picture sent by gasdriverca, thank you again. Rounded bar for hose or wire and hexagonal bar for connectors ![]() Painted ![]() The wheels were assembled ![]() I hope to finish or close by that in the next weekend.

Re: AMG Mercedes 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II Debis - FUJIMI
I especially like how you enhanced the roll cage. Nicely done. A few pictures back it still looks almost naked. Then you put your effort into it.
Great work with your simple - yet effective - modifcations. Robert

The rollcage looks just a bit oversized at my eyes, nevertheless Antonio you did a very impressive and effective job on this cockpit. Bravo !!!

Re: AMG Mercedes 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II Debis - FUJIMI
What I generally use for the steering wheel wire is the inside wire from the core of old car speakers that suround the magnet, its about the thickness you require for the wire to be in scale or close too it!
