After 2 months break I finished a few important for me things and come back to work with Impreza (for longer I hope so ).

I planned at the beginning to make similar front to Cusco Racing Impreza so ...

I start thinking
I in first order had to remove all that I marked on picture

but at back of the bumper there are elements which hold body with the chassis

I had to made new elemnts

this post has been the BEST i have ever come across, step-by-step, concise and detailed. I'm aspiring to be a modeller like in modification sense, but all i achieve was just fixing up the model, painting it and just put a few decals to look like some JDM street machine.

Thank you for the detail work hope to learn more from you like using different material and stuff. I'm also looking forward to you putting the volks wheels onto the tamiya kit, i never knew how to do that.

My WIP isn't so good, so as my modeler's skills. At this forum are a lot of better WIPs from which I learn a lot of.

Small progress,
I cut bottom of front bumper and closed intake on sides of bumper



and next I used tamiya's epoxy putty




Epoxy putty the best polish on wet




Now I work at new shape of bumper.
