Very nice indeed. I'm not totally sold on the flat clear over C/F, but if that's prototypically correct... Wonderful detailing job.

If you paint it from behind, you will coat it. Need to do lots of masking first.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is , it has very strange angle, I will have to go from front but with some kind of.....I don't know....flow direction changer It is doable, I am just a bit to quick.

Alex I am glad for the remark, I usually make only gloss CF but looking at the pictures all parts that are inside the body are semi gloss or really flat. The most difficult part was choice of pattern, every single angle of picture gives different pattern, so in the end I opted for the ones that would look better on model.

I'd say its a work of art without putting the body on the car,

In the end this was my choice
KA sheet B for all inner body parts and gearbox tail section
SMS CF 1424 for most of suspension parts combined with SMS high def in 1/24
SMS High def in 1/20 for cockpit
SMS 1024 for floor, diffuser and some suspension parts

Re: MFH Ferrari 2003 GA, 1/20 WIP

Little more update.

I have scratch built brake fluid reservoirs since the one in kit is white metal and wrong. I used clear sprue, drilled it, filled with Tamiya smoke and made cap from plastic card, shaped and CFed with KA CF.
Connectors are from Top Studio, real piece of art.

I have added spring on nose shock, painted red rings but still something is missing, I will try to make supports for shock.

Also whole body is clear coated once more on top of the decals, still need to polish it out a bit.

Stayed tuned, more to come.....wings I hate those on modern F1.
