Re: WIP:Greg Anderson's Vegas General NHRA Pro Stock

Thanks!

Jumping back up front, I began to tie up all my loose ends around the engine. I turned three weight pucks from aluminum and then textured them with Mr Surfacer, then painted them with Humbrol metallics. The upperwater lines were connected to the junction box, and then mounted to the radiator once it was installed. From there I added the various water and electrical lines, as well as a scratch built electronics box for the electric water pump. It was mounted on the front of the radiator, and wired up. The carbs received their final details, and I added a power cord to the oil tank and left it to dangle ready to be plugged in.

The interior is also close to being finished up. I added the data recorder box and wired it up, along with the Koni adjuster box for the rear shocks. This was a kit part that was modified, and I printed the new decal for it on my Alps. I also built and installed the MSD control box on the passenger side firewall. This was made from sheet plastic and scrap PE for the ribbing, painted Alclad clear Amber, and decaled with another Alps decal. It was then wired up, and installed.

It's getting close! Next up is finishing the body details and final assembly!

This is simply amazing. do you have any plans to market any of the decals or aluminum pieces? I know several of the decals would come in handy for pro mod builds
