Wow, it's absolutely a stunner, sorry I hadn't posted earlier, but ... just everything about it is just the way it should be. the color, the shape, the everything. And then there's the detail, just amazing for actually such a small car. I wish I could ever have the talent or patience...

Congratulations on 1st place on the weekend Phil. I loved seeing your build in the flesh and had no worries about coming 3rd to your build. Well done. Next year i hope to turn the tables.....lol

Congrats on third place Shayne. I'm pleased your Lumina found the right category, it was in large scale cars for a while on Saturday. Your NASCAR was pretty cool, must have been close for second between you and the MP4/8.

I know Jeff worked hard on the MP4/8 as well and pulled an all nighter on Friday to get it done. Maybe i encouraged him too much to enter it....hahaha
But your build was the class of the field so well done.

This car just does not seem to go away. After a stunning WIP, and then taking out first place in the Competition Car category at the Melbourne Model Expo, it appears here with a 6 page spread inside.

Hi there Phil, just bought the magazine in Albury on the weekend while visiting my parents. I loved seeing your car at the Expo and took lots of photos of it then, great job. It was good being able to see some progress photos as I didn't see the WIP. Congratulations on the success with it, well deserved.
