No, I understand what you are saying. I like to dress up sometimes because it makes me feel good, mostly because I like the idea of girls checking me out (look, just let me live in my own fantasy world )

And as far as clothing that says, 'Stare at me' I am referring to stuff like the girl in that pic is wearing.

GUYS, we know she's hot. There's tons of hot girls though, don't sweat it=). And yes, she was calling for some attention but not all girls want that attention and they might dress similar. And, I'm sure girls do check you out when you get dressed up, we're just not as obvious. We do things to try and make you look our way rather than us looking yours. I use to atleast.

As long as its not over the top and rude comments go with it i dont see a problem with it. Not much different when ladies do it to men IMO.

I'd say it's probably similar to verbal attention... It's one thing to tell a woman that she's very attractive in a non-threatening way, and another to yell out "Hey baby, your ass is lookin' fine in that skirt!".
