Everyone I associate with is much older than me, I know them all from work. One of my best friends that I always go do stuff with is 26 and married.

On another note, I think a lot of us are assuming too much about all the members of the opposite sex. Just because someone looks a certain way doesn't mean they're all about drinking and sex. I think a lot of people get the wrong impression of me because of what I look like. Nobody ever believes that I don't drink, they think I'm joking. And people assume I'm stupid because I'm blonde and somewhat attractive.

Everyone should stop going on what people look like, just talk to them. You're never going to get to know what a person is really like unless you get to know them.

yea but if you're like me you do talk to them and get to kno them. they ususally ask u to hang out and u go, they pop open a bottle and light up or tell u that is what is going to happen.

Yep. Not every guy is the same, and wants to get in your pants. For instance, I caught up with an old friend of mine whom I havent seen for several years, and Im going ask her to go for a walk in the park. Not the usual dinner an a movie. The walk in the park is for us to get to know each other again, not a real date yet.

Its ironic how we all stereotype each other.

Just a warning (from a high school teacher)... They always told me growing up that High School was the best years of your life. I beg to differ... High School is crap. Everyone thinks they know something, but they know nothing... NOTHING.

Even if you don't go on to college, your 20s is when you find out who you are... THAT is worth living for. Once you have that figured out, the other decades just cruise on by.

As for what girls want... I am almost 24 now, and I still don't know what I want. Heck, I didn't go on a date with anyone beside my best friend (who was a guy... just making sure you all know that) until I graduated High School. How can you possibly have a relationship with someone else unless you have any semblance of a clue about who YOU are???

COme to think of it, most of my friends are older as well. I get along so well with adults, and at Blair, all I hang around are the people in the grade above me because they're actually mature, intelligent and aren't narrowminded.

meeh....high school blows for me. so much for it being the best part of my life. the best part of my life is when im out of school, chillin with the poeple that aren't single minded. o and gtmike is right on that though. i guess i am like him. im not the type to just talk to u to get in your pants. i could really care less about that. its more of a i got u on my side kinda thing and wont have to worry about anything going too wrong without support....yet i still haven't gotten that yet...erone says get some friends, but what are friends that want you to do something you aren't? thats no friends, thats just influence. i know what i want. i basically explained it above. its more of a mental thing to me, more of a physical thing to most guys....

I was single for 2.5 years, then got together with my best friend. Together 5 months, and she just realised she's been in relationships for 4 years in a row and hasn't had any time to get to know herself properly or figure out what she wants. So that's us over.

It's not too bad. Single life rocks. Stop LOOKING for someone, and just let them find you.

Relationships suck penis. Big time.

Case in point, I was in a relationship for a week and a half not overly long ago, one Saturday night I was texting her, then at midnight said "I'm going to watch the Qualifying for F1, text you at 1:30" at which point she went nuts. I prompltly told her to fuck off and ended it, fuck that, F1 = my life, she = known for the better part of 2 weeks.

Screw loss of freedom, especially when you're as god-damn sexy as I.

No I don't know how this relates to the topic, just saw the sub-argument and gunned for it.

Girls like it when you say funny things, being funny is not hard (Unless you're pickle).

I don't see how people can expect to find "the one" under the age of 19... how do you know this is the person you want to spend forever with when you haven't experienced the world? etc etc etc
