Nope - my SiR tailpipes are the right bore to do the job properly - why mess with perfection

I managesd to own a TX5 2liter with turbo last night with my 1.6 NA Civic on the way back from Gosford... chirps in 3 gears isn't too bad and I did 2 gearchanges to his 3 I don't need showy parts to go fast. Any mods I do will be invisible to keep the car looking pure

BTW - you prolly need to reduce that pic to about a 1/4 of it's size - it takes up most of my screen and my browser is set to 1152x864. Let me know if you want me to fix it

heheh... a sleeper? With DOHC and VTEC stickers on the doors???

I can't drop a bodykit on as it would take away the uniqueness of the car (its bumpers, factory sideskirts etc). Two tails of small diameter can flow as much as a single large pipe - it depends on the required velocity for the exhaust - and my engine is still stock. I'm going to increase the exhaust size cat-back and get rid of the mandrel-bends which restrict exhaust scavaging, but leave the rear tails the same as they are different to a stock 4G Civic - heh... I had rust in them and the guy at the exhaust shop looked at me as if I was an idiot when I told him I wanted it rebuilt to factory spec

I believe in the smooth look - uncluttered and using the car's lines rather than making it stand out - prolly a result of owning a god-ugly Torana SLR5000... I think that put me off body kits forever.

Pity I'm starting to think of getting one for fun... other cars I like are either out of price reach or not available (waaaa... I want my 1G Civic) I need a V8 fix again

yeah, a sleeper!!! make your car look all stock and stuff, but under the bonnet.... VoooooOoOoM!!! ahehehehehe.Have you seen the Nissan 200SX numberpalte WORLOK? damn that car is a sleeper!!! fakren fast. now i think he has kit on it. looks alrite. has wheels too, maybe to much understeer from the power of his engine aye? ahehehe. i wihs i could have something like dat... argh!

Why dont you get a commodore? SS? S? the vt model or something and put GTS wheels on it. they look mad and go hard! you were saying you want V8 rite? anyways, i want a V8 too, but not bothered. Civic Coupe is my next car, i think. thats if i have the money, or maybe a holden astra convertible. LOL. dat car looks alirte.

I saw a Lynx Laser up the street today. They don't look to bad - kind of like a CRX but with a 1.8. They could be made to look really good I think.

The VTiR 6G Coupe looks cool - there's a nice on at Carlo Court a lot. Lowered with 17s (I think).

The only Commodore I'd want is the latest unless I could pick up a Walkinshaw special. But the Torana SLR5000 is a lot lighter and accelerate like hell. Pity you really have to work them to make them turn The VTEC rush is nice, but I'm starting to think I want an old-school torque monster - it's prolly the westie in me I'd keep the SiR though, It's a different sort of speed trip and a lot more refined
