To my knowledge "Fully Sick" is more of a term associated with Immigrants[or wogs, mainly of eastern european descent or middle eastern] in Australia.

I've never heard anyone use the slang term "fully sick" If i did i would either give them a blank stare and walk away or give them an abrupt slap. But i dont think i'll ever have to do that since i live in the midwest.

Correct! But as a teenage wog, I never really got into the whole 'Fully Sick' thing as it sounded shitty and annoying to me. Now it's dieing out, only to be replaced by some other shit I wont use. Well, whatever tickles your nipples...
