You should like 3rd eye blind also. It would look nice in your list.

Re: favorite band?

Soyo, your post came in while I was typing mine, so I was talking about Coheed & Cambria...but I could have meant both of them. Always open to new listens.

The story behind Deloused... is about that artist that died and his travel through something similar to Dante's Inferno right?

Deloused is based on a true story, about a friend of the band who died from either cocaine or heroin overdose. can't remember which...(Dave?). it's about his trials and tribulations and the visions he had and what-not.

as for Coheed & Cambria, i like the newer album better personally (In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth 3), but you really need both of them to get the full feel. i don't know when the next one is out, but i can't wait.

oh yeah, and that reminds me, NEW TAKING BACK SUNDAY ALBUM ON JULY 27TH! i can't freakin' wait. i'm seeing them at least 2 times this summer (once at the Blink concert and they'll be at our Warped Tour too), which will make it 3 times total that i've seen them.

as for Sparta, i like their sound alot. they're totally different then Mars Volta, but still a very good sound.

Julio Venegras is the artist who it is based on. He was a heroin addict who eventually shot up rat poison (gestating with all the other rats - 'son et lumiere) and ended up in a coma. He got out later, but he killed himself by jumping off a bridge into oncoming traffic. However, most of it (inertiatic esp through cicatriz esp) is in the comatose state so the war and tremulants is all based on fiction.

Yeah, I've obviously known about the Co&Ca story for some time and I think its great. I especially like the Velorium Camper and Newo substory. Can't wait to see how the whole thing wraps up, and begins.
